I believe that individuals and organisations succeed when they make the best use of their skills and attitudes. Busy managers often need assistance with planning and delivering people plans, especially if the size of the business doesn’t allow for permanent support. My business is to get alongside clients and help with their people agendas, both current and future.
My experience comes from a career spent in Human Resources and Learning & Development roles in a variety of industry sectors and organisations, both large and small. I can operate as HR manager/business partner, coach and facilitator and am passionate about how development and coaching can improve effectiveness and performance. I am comfortable in strategic, operational and international contexts and able to work with both individuals and teams by building effective relationships quickly and focusing on delivery.
